This book comprises 12 chapters pertaining to recent findings of academicians and students of Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia Bintulu Sarawak Campus. It covers a broad field of study that includes agriculture, natural resource, social science, food science and engineering. The book is compact, practical and will be of benefit to students and researchers, especially in keeping up to date with the most recent findings and techniques. The aim of this book is to share the research conducted within the faculty with others, to provide useful insights and to initiate the generation of new ideas.
